Greetings from SE Colorao!

I have 1 Cashmere wether and 1 pygora. I spin and I weave and they are just a natural extension of those hobbies. My daughter wants to grow our 'herd' as a 4-H and later a FFA project.

I hope to learn more about raising healthy goats!

They are now part of our family...

I have two adorable withers now and hope to start a fiber bearing farm of either Angora or Cashmere

goats.

I would love to hear words of experience on starting out. It's pretty much a blank slate right now. I have about 2 acres fenced off but have another 8 to cultivate. Mostly hilly with run off creeks. Ideas?

Thanks,

Debbie

I recently adopted a dozen cashmere goats (now 15) that needed an emergency rehoming. I love having them as I spin and have had goats in my long term plans for years. I would love to visit Jabberwocky this Spring and see how the pros do it. Your website is very nice, attractive and usable.
